Patch der Western War Mod auf Version 1.1

Change log Western War v1.1:
In the brought modifications, one can note:
¤ the locomotive does not generate anymore untimely lag.
¤ Idem for the diligence and the charette.
¤ The eagle and the big Fort were touched up.
¤ The communication bottom between players is at last legible.
¤ The axe is maitenant to the place.
¤ The sounds was modified for more of realism.
