GMake RFA Beta 3

Kleines Editing Tool um RFA-Files zu erstellen.

Changes from version 2:
Toolbar features: Save and Load Sets + Create button
Batch mode operation (generate sets of MRS's)
Compression is implemented
Multitasking (up to 4 simultaneous threads)
Launch BattleField 1942 from GMake RFA
config.ini - stores your last used settings
Timing of RFA creation (single set mode only)
GMake RFA is now in an installer

Notes:
Just to be on the safe side, please keep GMake RFA Beta 2 separate from Beta 3. IF Beta 3 prooves to have a major bug in either the compression or fake compression routines, you will at least still have GMake RFA Beta 2 to fall back on.

I am working on a ReadMe which will go into details as to the operation and use of GMake RFA. This will be released with the next beta.
