Interstate 82 - Map Kartman (Patch)

Mini-Patch für die Custom Map Kartman

Changes:

-Modified heightmap to improve consistancy of jumps for cleaner landing
-Added camera shake to internal view (looks sweeeet!)
-Changed internal cam field of view for more realistic feel. (just is better!)
-Reduced buggy life underwater - Sorry noobs.
-Added a few more statics
-ADDED 5.1 DOLBY SURROUND AUDIO SYSTEM! (kinda..)
