Project Reality Interview
Die Jungs von suburbanwarfare.net hatten kürzlich die Gelegenheit ein kleines Interview mit den Entwicklern der Projekt Reality Mod für Battlefield 2 zu führen. Neben zahlreichen interessanten Infos zur Mod, bringt dieses neue Interview auch ein Render-Shot vom Chevrolet Suburban mit sich. Derzeitig ist das Interview leider nur auf englischer Sprache lesbar.

## What experience have you had with mod development? What about your dev teammates?
requiem - This is the first time I am directly involved with a modification. My qualifications for this position come from real life project management experience, as well a solid foundation of knowledge for all aspects of production. I often put myself in the shoes of our dev?s. Take Level Design for instance, I have loaded Terragen to understand heightmaps, hammer, unrealed and battlecraft to understand various methods of level construction, and even taken 3dsMax to try out low-poly static meshes that can be included. It is absolutely vital for the management of this mod that I as leader understand to a certain degree, the processes, methods and terminology used for all aspects of design and production.
Who came up with the concept of Project Reality and how did the concept come about? Inspiration of any kind?
requiem - I founded Project Reality under the premise of building a realism-based modification that could still contain gameplay and become popular within the community. This hasn't been achieved yet for previous modern combat realism mods in the Battlefield series. We hope to attract players from America's Army, the Red Storm series, Operation Flashpoint, various flight simulators, and other realism-oriented titles.
