Shattered Faith: Update
Das Shattered Faith Modteam zeigt in ihrem aktuellen Update Fortschritte mit dem BF2 Editor sowie einige WIP Renderbilder. Neben der M16a4 für die frühe Epoche 1, präsentieren die Devs auch eine Infanteriewaffe der zweiten Epoche, die XM29. Drei weitere Bilder zeigen den Epoche 2 Fighter und eine geupdatete Version des weiblichen Medic. Für alle BF2 Editor-Interesierten haben die Shattered Faith Entwickler ein kleines Tutorial erstellt, welches euch zeigt wie man Objekte mit einer Textur versieht. Dieses ca. 23MB große Video ist der erste Teil einer ganzen Tutorial-Reihe für die Community. Mitte September sollen dann die ersten Ingame-Pics folgen.
Originaltext: Progress on Shattered Faith has been outstanding the last couple of weeks! I?d like to make welcome three new members of our team; Nec, Noise_Kraft, and TalShiar (who actually joined before the last update and has been making those fine weapon models.) Noise_Kraft will be working on sound design and joining Alec in composing our musical score. Nec is a 3D texture artist and you?ll be seeing his work in the coming weeks as well.
We are still looking to expand our art team with additional texture artists, and if you are interested please drop us a line!
If you missed it, we recently released a video tutorial for the community on doing layered textures in 3DStudio Max. You can find download locations in our movies section.
We will soon be putting up an artists spotlight featuring how some of our more interesting player models and vehicles have gone from concept to game. We?ll also be showing off a good amount of in-game screenshots in the latter half of the month. To tide you over, here are some various images and renders of content we?ve been working on!
Work in progress (un textured) renders of the concept craft featured in earlier news posts, along with an in-BF2 Engine shot of the M16a4 also previously shown. The M16a4 is can be customized based on it?s rail system, and is mainly featured in present day (Epoch 1) battles.
The XM29, an Epoch 2 weapon which has seen a good bit of development present day, will give that extra punch humanity needs with it?s basic infantry. It?s an example of how Epoch 2 will feature the prototype weapons of tomorrow actually in development, along with our own logical creations based on the conflict. Next is an updated render of our medic, and wrapping things up is a screenshot of yes? the outhouse? from our video tutorial on layers. That sign isn?t actually on the texture though, and was part of the tutorial demo. Enjoy!

je nach fortschritt der ivasion in die zeit gibt es für die menschen & aliens moderne sowie technologisch weiterentwickelte waffen. auch die maps sehen anders aus.
weiter so freu mich vorallem auf das biest....
