Computer Requirements:
> 1 Ghz CPU
> 256 Megabytes of RAM
> 3D Accelerator supporting DirectX 9.0 and Hardware T&L
> DirectX 9.0 or Better
> Microsoft .NET Framework
> Microsoft Managed DirectX
Features:
Added OBJECT VIEWER into editor!
Terrain now renders detail.dds over terrain just like in-game
Added "Editor Mode" to toolbar
Added terrain coordinate viewer
Added object information viewer
Added "Sharpen" and "Sharpen All" tools
The default height difference when editing the terrain has been changed to be 1/2 the size. This allows for much higher detail when editing terrain.
Added "Unlimited" LOD setting to view entire terrain
Added "Very Low" LOD setting for low end CPU or Video Card
When opening goto form, it automatically selects value to make using it faster
Detect if hardware T&L mode is not available, and use software mode (older video cards)
Can now use number pad arrows to move camera
Bugfix:
Fixed bug where terrain would display incorrectly on ATI Radeon graphics cards
Fixed bug when loading maps that had larger than 10x10 worth of textures - effected 1024x1024 heightmaps
Fixed another bug where you could click through terrain in specific situation
Fixed possible arithmetic overflow in roughen area tool and fractal tool
Changed to new number conversion routines so there are no more problems with non US-English based computers
Fixed bug where clicking save button on the toolbar did nothing
Change:
Movement speed while holding shift now 10% instead of 35% - easier fine detail editing
Changed visible size of terrain so it is more representable of in-game graphics
Quick Keys for changing tool
OSD is now white so it is visible over objects
is doch schonmal ein fortschritt. . .
ein fortschritt, der seinen anfang nimmt.
